Sandeep Pai 

Certified Specialist SBA in labor law, Sandeep Pai practices as a lawyer since 2014 and sits as a Judge at a Labor Court since 2017.

Mainly active in labor law, his second field of activity is criminal law.

Sandeep Pai also served for ten years as an investigating judge and prosecutor in the Swiss military justice system.

He regularly acts as an investigator on behalf of private and public employers, for example in cases of suspected criminal offences, mobbing or sexual harassment, or other forms of personal offences.

In this capacity, he carries out the investigative steps required to establish a factual basis for decision-making, and draws up a summary report containing recommendations on the measures to be taken, if requested.

Sandeep Pai also regularly acts as counsel for those involved in investigative procedures, in particular as defendant's counsel.

Sandeep Pai also conducts workplace climate surveys. In this context, he helps employers to identify possible areas of development that could contribute to a better working environment.

Sandeep Pai assists individuals, companies and public authorities. His practice focuses on in-court and out-of-court representation in disputes, as well as preventive advice.

Bilingual, he practices in French and English.

Passionate about sports and outdoor activities, Sandeep Pai has been practicing martial arts for over 20 years.

Sandeep Pai is an active member of the French-speaking association of labor law specialists (AROSDT), the Vaud Bar Association (VBA) and the Swiss Bar Association (SBA).
