Where an investigation process is required, for example in the case of suspected criminal offences, mobbing, sexual harassment or other forms of personal offences, we support employers in carrying out the necessary investigative steps independently and impartially, in order to establish a factual basis for rapid decision-making, and on request draw up a summary report which may include recommendations.
In this context, we inform the persons concerned of their rights and obligations in accordance with the applicable legislation, in order to enhance the usability of the investigation process. In particular, we conduct hearings of the persons called to be heard, either face-to-face or remotely, and draw up detailed minutes signed by the persons heard. Our services also cover any provisional, alternative and/or cumulative measures taken or to be taken for the duration of an investigation (relocation, release from work, etc.). We also work alongside employees involved in investigation procedures, particularly in defending complainants and accused parties. We are also able to support employees and employers in the event of criminal or administrative proceedings, for example in drafting, filing and following up a criminal complaint, or in drafting or contesting an administrative decision. |
